Alatau City was introduced as a next-generation initiative. Already underway on construction sites in Kazakhstan, the project aims to create a sustainable and open ecosystem that unites investment, technology, and talent from around the world.

As part of the forum, a dedicated Alatau City exhibition stand was set up with a special project presentation.

“The Alatau City project is a carefully designed strategy to build a modern, sustainable, and attractive city. Our ambition is not just to create a metropolis, but a harmonious ecosystem that will draw the best minds and capital from across the globe”, said Yuri Tskhay, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caspian Group, the main developer of Alatau City.

Wong Heang Fine, Chief Advisor on the design and construction of Alatau City, highlighted the project`s tangible progress.

“Alatau City is not a concept. It is already a construction site. Investments have been secured, and a major international partner, KPMG Korea, is on board. We are working with them to design and plan the industrial zone and to attract global investors through a give-and-take strategy. This is not about declarations of intent. This is capital in motion and construction in progress, showing that the ecosystem is not only designed but already coming to life”, he emphasized.

Following the forum, an agreement was signed with the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME). The document outlines consulting support and participation of Chinese enterprises in the development of the city. Talks were also held with regional partners, including Singapore-based financial holding DBS Bank.
