Official Sources of Information Regarding the Alatau City Development Project

Alatau City Authority State Fund (hereinafter, the ACA), in cooperation with the Akimat of Alatau City, hereby informs the public that all up-to-date information regarding the implementation of the Alatau City development project, including official events, forums, exhibitions, and investor engagement platforms, is published exclusively via the official channels of the ACA and the Akimat of Alatau City.

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1015 dated September 26, 2025, “On Certain Issues of the Development of Alatau City”, and the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Special Legal Regime of Alatau City”, the ACA acts as the authorized organization responsible for facilitating investment projects and coordinating engagement with investors.

All matters related to the implementation of construction projects, the attraction of investments, and engagement with contractors are carried out strictly in accordance with established procedures and exclusively through direct interaction with the ACA. The ACA operates on the principles of transparency, openness, and full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, investors, entrepreneurs, partners, and representatives of the media are strongly advised to exercise caution, verify the accuracy of information, and confirm the official status of events and their organizers. It is further emphasized that, until the necessary regulatory framework governing investment and business activities within the project has been duly established, it is advisable to refrain from participating in or making any financial contributions to such events, in order to mitigate potential financial and reputational risks.
